Common Wealth

Julia (Carmen Maura) is a woman whom luck has not smiled upon; she works as a real estate agent and has a negative and mediocre husband (Jesús Bonilla). Unexpectedly, due to the twists of life, the one who has been unhappy will find 300 million pesetas in the apartment of a dead man, which will radically change her life; but before that, she will have to face the wrath of a community of greedy neighbors, led by a unscrupulous administrator, who has already seized the loot. The woman goes through a series of traps, obstacles, and dangers, situations from which she will very likely find it difficult to escape. In a very particular way, black humor gives way to suspense, then to terror, and finally to unrestrained action.
