'Confirmation' is an American tv movie directed by Rick Famuyiwa and written by Susannah Grant.

The film recounts the controversy that arose in the 1990s as a result of the nomination of judge Clarence Thomas to the United States' Supreme Court. An event that achieved notoriety when a former colleague, Anita Hall, testifies that he had sexually harassed her.

The drama film is produced by HBO with ABC Signature Studios and Groundswell Productions. Kerry Washington, Wendell Pierce, and Greg Kinnear play the leading roles. In the same way, the tv movie also stars popular actors such as Jeffrey Wright, Zoe Lister-Jones, Jennifer Hudson, Ricki Seidman and Treat Williams. The original soundtrack of this HBO television film is composed by Harry Gregson-Williams.
