El país del miedo

Carlos is a pacific man who lives in harmony with his son Pablo. However, his life changes when a girl about 13 years named Marta erupts in their ways. The little girl begins to extort and blackmail first the son of Carlos and then himself. Carlos is not fully capable of controlling the situation and enter into a spiral that is full of anguish and distress. 'El país del miedo' speaks of a complex case of school abuse that triggers adverse consequences for everyone involved. This is a film directed and written by Spanish filmmaker Francisco Espada with the actors José Luis García Pérez, Cristina Plazas, Eduardo Velasco, Marina Recio, Moisés Ortega and Olga Lozano. The film is based on the novel by Isaac Rosa.
