Kinds of Kindness

A triptych centered on three narratives. On one hand, a man who dreams of taking control of his own life. On the other, a male who must confront the return of his wife after years missing at sea. Lastly, a woman in search of people with special abilities that will make her a spiritual leader.

'Kinds of Kindness' is the new feature film by Greek filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos, who reunites with double Oscar winner Emma Stone ('La La Land', 'Cruella'), Willem Dafoe ('Spider-Man', 'Platoon'), and Margaret Qualley ('Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood', 'The Leftovers') after 'Poor Things'. Additionally, the director of 'The Favourite' reunites with Efthymis Filippou, the screenwriter with whom he wrote the scripts for 'Dogtooth', 'Alps', 'The Lobster', and 'The Killing of a Sacred Deer', and Joe Alwyn, who already participated in the period comedy.

The cast is completed by Jesse Plemons ('The Power of the Dog', 'Fargo II'), Hong Chau ('The Whale', 'The Menu'), Hunter Schafer ('Euphoria', 'The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes'), Mamoudou Athie ('Jurassic World: Dominion', 'Underwater'), and Susan Elle.
