Mortal Engines

'Mortal Engines' is a science fiction film directed by Christian Rivers and starring Stephen Lang, Robert Sheehan, Hera Hilman and Ronan Raftery. Many years have passed since one of the worst historical moments for Earth: "The Sixty Minute War". Since then, the world has become an apocalyptic and isolated place where anything is worth to survive. Until a teenager, Tom Natsworthy, brought to life by Robert Sheehan, and a young girl, Hester Shaw, from Outlands discover an element that could change the order of the world. This is the film adaptation of the best-selling name novel by Phillip Reeve that describes a version of London in the future where a giant machine sucks all the resources of the planet.
