The film of the debutant Konstantin Khabenskiy suffers from a striking lack of originality, with a worthy start of a futuristic utopia, thats returns with infinite awkwardness over a myriad of situations that were brilliant in the best titles of the genre and staging with bland schematism the confrontation between good very good and bad very bad, mired in a coven of cruelty surely true to reality but here rubs the implausibility, if not ridicule.

'Sobibor' doesn't stands out because of the epic grandilocuency from the URSS or the actual Rusia, they know how to film barroque images, neither for its manage at the action resources good copied from nowadays Hollywood, 'Sobibor' stands out for its instants of narrative sobriety.

Khabenkiy's vision comes from a modest convencionalism that seems to be irreal. At this time, filming a gassing operation with a female group, where they add lots of shouts, vomits and explicity content becomes immoral.
