La sospecha de Sofía

Sofía and Daniel's life seems to be headed towards a promising future. Young, in love, and with shared dreams, nothing seems to stand in their way. But everything changes when Daniel receives a mysterious invitation from East Berlin, during the height of the Cold War: his biological mother, whom he never knew, wants to meet him. Driven by the need to know his origins, Daniel embarks on the journey without realizing that he is falling into a carefully laid trap.

Upon arrival, Daniel is captured by the KGB and becomes the centerpiece of a secret plan to establish a Soviet operations center in Francoist Spain. Impersonated by his twin brother Klaus—an agent trained to perfectly adopt his identity—Daniel finds himself trapped behind the Iron Curtain while Klaus returns to Spain posing as him, stealing not only his name but also his life, his job... and Sofía.

From that moment on, Sofía begins to notice subtle changes in Daniel's behavior. Small details that don't fit, looks that are unfamiliar, gestures that don't belong to the man she loves. Doubt silently takes root as the machinery of international espionage advances relentlessly.

Sofía must decide between reason and intuition, between the love she remembers and the man in front of her. But in a world where nothing is as it seems and everyone hides a secret, discovering the truth could cost her everything... even her life.
