This version of the eponymous play by Federico García Lorca, by Carlos Saura, he uses dance as a language object throughout the film. Love , jealousy , sin , punishment and of course, death are evident in this film. A bride decides to run away with her lover on her wedding day . The groom follows lovers and a fight to the death between the two occurs . Both stab and try to destroy the other , producing a blood wedding . Furthermore, based on the tragedy of Lorca, Carlos Saura was inspired ballet adaptation by Antonio Gades.
