Plot

George Sherman directs this thriller, with a screenplay of Dane Lussier and Frederick Kohner, based on the novel by Curt Siodmak. The film focuses on the death of a billionaire businessman, a man with evil without any remorse. A scientist and his faithful assistant, under the prescribed orders by the evil entrepreneur, decided to keep the brain alive artificially of the death man. To do this, they make use of gadgets with the intention of not losing the billionaire mind. The problem begins when the brain begins to manipulate the two men, creating a rule that will lead to an almost demonic possession. A woman will face this evil, using her best weapons to defeat the enemy. The cast was composed by Vera Ralston, Richard Arlen and Erich von Stroheim.
