Plot
W?adys?aw Szpilman (Adrien Brody) is a Polish musician of Jewish origin who works in the Warsaw radio playing the piano. It is said of him that is one of the most talented musicians of his generation. With the advent of Nazism to Poland, the quality of life of the Jews worsens on, they are forced to live in the Warsaw ghetto, but neither of those are spared the indignities that the Nazis subjected them. But the situation becomes even worse when they are sent to a concentration camp. W?adys?aw saved to go there because a friend who recognized him. Separated from their loved ones, W?adys?aw must survive either way, keeping hidden from the Nazis, living very closely the horrors caused by the Nazism.
