Trafficked

Inspired by real characters. Tells the story of the girls kidnapped and sold to perform slave sex work. One is Nigerian, Mali (Jessica Obilum). She was captured while trying to reach Europe; another is Indian, Amba (Alpa Banker), whose plan to enter the university is violently shattered; And the third is American, Sara (Kelly Washington). Brought in by a seemingly friendly social worker (Ashley Judd), who turns out to be in collusion with sex traffickers. The three girls end up in a Texas brothel run by Simon (Sean Patrick Flanery), whose apparent courtesy will not be dealt with brutally when necessary. The film is based on Siddharth Kara's book, 'Sex Trafficking', who has been responsible for the script.
