Plot
Brie Larson makes her directing debut in this new film 'Unicorn Store', written by Samantha McIntyre.
The film follows the story of a woman named Kit (played by Larson) in a mid-twenties existential crisis in growing up. She still lives with her parents and is unable to progress in life after having been kicked out of art school. One day she receives an unexpected invitation to a secret location in order to fulfill her childhood dream of owning a unicorn.
The Unicorn Store is staffed solely by a whacky Samuel L. Jackson and features a fantastical interior, complete with an ice cream parlour. Whether Jackson's character is real or metaphorical remains a mystery, but with his help Kit starts working towards getting her life back on track.
