War film inspired by the satirical novel by Michael Hastings, 'The Operators'. The plot follows in the footsteps of General Stanley McChrystal and his team of soldiers stationed in Afghanistan after the attacks of 11-S. Power struggles, strategies that serve political and economic interests and internal conflicts have shaken this group of soldiers as they face the work that really takes them in hostile territory. After what happened in Afghanistan in 2010 an article in Rolling Stone in which General McChrystal harshly criticized several senior members of the Obama administration for its handling of the conflict was published, prompting his resignation and the subsequent application to retire from active duty army.
