Plot

Geroge M. Cohan is young boy birth in an artists' family. Soon he discovers his passion for the world business and starts to gain his own claps, at the expense of shadow his family. Although fame turns him an arrogant man, in fact Cohan is one of the best artists of his age, composing hundreds of songs and coordinating a countless series of musicals which fill the theaters. At one point Cohan decides to leave his family and begin his own musical career, but he will realize that obtain a foothold is not so easy, and the talent always isn't enough.

Biography of the vaudeville's dancer and composer George M. Cohan, who wrote several songs considered american classic hymns such as 'Over There' or 'Yankee Doodle Yankee'. The film is directed by Michael Curtiz ('Casablanca') and starring James Cagney ('White Heat').
