American director Todd is more focused on independent films. Born in Los Angeles (California), the January 2, 1961 and graduated in Art and Semiotics from Brown University in Rhode Island. Later he continued his studies at Bard College in New York City where he began to make his first steps as a short film, with 'Assassins: A Film Concerning Rimbaud', about the relationship between writers Paul Verlaine and Arthur Rimbaud.
