'Carol', directed by Todd Haynes, written by Phyllis Nagy and based on Patricia Highsmith's novel, tells the story of the relationship between two very different New York women of the 50s. Therese Belivet is a young girl that works on a small store in Manhattan and whose dream is getting a better life. One day, she meets Carol Aird, an elegant and sophisticated woman who is trapped in an unhappy marriage. Suddenly, an immediate connection between the two of them appears, which will become more intense and deep to the point of changing their lives forever. The proyect will realase in Spain on 5th February, is starring Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara, Sarah Paulson, Kyle Chandler, Jake Lacy, Michael Smith Cory and Carrie Brownstein, among others.
