Apostle

It is year 1905, Thomas Richardson's sister has been kidnapped by a mysterious cult that asks for a bounty for her. This cult is rising out of the blue a perfect community based on the most extreme values of Christianity. Her brother gets into the horrific community without being noticed in his real identity and unveils its deepest secrets, it will soon regret having accepted him among them. This is the new film by 'The Raid' and 'The Raid 2' director, Gareth Evans, one of the most violent movies of the last years. In this new film, there is not such amount of violence, but that doesn't mean Evans doesn't provide the viewer with some disturbing, painful and blood-red imagery. Many people die in the fiercest way in this film.
