Plot
After what happened in 'Captain America: Civil War', T'Challa comes back home to his isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda. There, the owner of the black mask takes his place as king. But the peace and quite is all just a front, for an old enemy re-surfaces to test T'Challa as king and as Black Panther. His people are not the only ones in danger; the world could come shattering down into pieces too. Ryan Coogler directed the film, with Chadwick Boseman leading the cast as Black Panther, and other recognisable faces such as Forest Whitaker ('The arrival'), Andy Serkis ('Dawn of the Planet of the Apes'), Martin Freeman ('The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey'), Sterling K. Brown and Winston Duke.

T'Challa, alias Black Panther, first appeared in the Marvel Universe in 'Capitan America: Civil War' where we could see the origins of the character.
Wakanda was mentioned in 'Iron Man 2'
Wakanda was mentioned as a location on a SHIELD monitor in 'Iron Man 2' (2010). The location pinpoints the country as being situated at Lake Turkana, on the borders of Kenya and Ethopia. The region in real life is special for holding great mineral deposits (properties similar to Wakanda).
'The Walking Dead' and Marvel
