Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever', is the sequel to Marvel Studios' 2018 film 'Black Panther', winner of 3 Academy Awards for Best Production Design, Best Costume Design and Best Original Score.

The remote but powerful nation of Wakanda, located in Africa, mourns the death of its king T'Challa. His sister Shuri and Queen Ramonda must fight alongside Okoye and Dora Milaje to protect the kingdom from the world powers. In the new stage, the heroes will join Nakia and Everett Ross to protect the civilization.

The main cast of the first film remains, with the exception of Michael B. Jordan and Chadwick Boseman, who passed away in 2020 of cancer. Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright and Angela Besser, among others, are still present. On the other hand, there are new adittions to the cast in the 'Black Panther' saga. Among them, Michaela Coel ('I Could Destroy You') and Tenoch Huerta ('Narcos', 'The Purge: Infinity'), who will play the villain Namor, a historically known Marvel character.

'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' will again be written and directed by Ryan Coogler, with the help of Joe Robert Cole on the script. The two worked together on the script of 'Black Panther' and as producers of the two Ademy Award-winning 'Jude and the Black Messiah'.
