Plot

After the great comercial and critical success of 'Guardians of the Galaxy' in 2014, Disney will be releasing 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2'. James Gunn will be the scriptwriter and director of this new sequel that became one of the main surprises of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The main cast with characters such us Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista) Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and a baby Groot (Vin Diesel) will be returning for this film for new intergalactic adventures while they try to find out about Peter Quill's past and parentage. While they're trying to keep this new family together, old enemies and new characters will cross paths with them. The role of Star-Lord's father will be important in the main plot of this sequel of the Phase Three of MCU. Kurt Russell joined the cast and, although they haven't revealed his role in it yet, there's a chance he will be portraying Peter Quill's father. Michael Rooke will also reprise his role of Yondu, the mercenary Peter Quill lied about the orb with a fake infinity stone. Hide full plot... Show full plot
