Synopsis
Third and last installment of the trilogy 'Las 1001 novias', in which Fernando Merinero explores his own life and his own love relationships. Merinero is ready to film in Gran Canaria, and, to do so, he seeks inside his past. The filmmaker is going to reencounter his old couples through love letters, memories and reunions. Just like we all do, Merinero has his own wounds made by love and in this film he talks about them, to expose their secrets, and become able to heal them. As the helmer says, 'Cortar: Las 1001 novias' is a "cinematographic selfie'", and an "alive movie", which shows life just the way it is, since story was built as the shooting happened, letting things happen by chance. The lines between fiction and reality are vaguer than ever in this conclusion of the story began by Merinero with 'Capturar' and 'Alumbrar'.
