The twenty-fourth installment of the franchise will tell the new adventure of Shin Chan and his family, who enjoyed a pleasant dream when a big fish appeared in their dreams that engulfed them. The next morning, Hiroshi reads in the newspaper that all the inhabitants of another city had the same nightmare as his family. The arrival of a new and mysterious girl named Saki to kindergarten Futaba excited all the classmates; however, Saki remains cold before them. That night, Shinnosuke and others were taken to a world of fantasy dreams, the world of Yumemi, where the entire town will be engulfed in nightmares.
