Lonnie (daughter of Mulan and Shang) is the only character in the franchise who does not appear in this film.

Disney past
Booboo Stewart is the only actor of the 4 Main Villain Kids to have not appeared in any episode of the Disney Channel series Austin y Ally (2011). Cameron Boyce was in "Big Dreams and Big Apples" (the first part of the crossover with Boyce's old show Jessie (2011)), Sofia Carson was in "Princesses and Prizes", and Dove Cameron was in "Duos and Deception". Booboo Stewart was in good luck Charlie.
Hints
The film was teased at the end of Los descendientes 2 (2017) with Uma saying "You didn't think this was the end of the story did you?". There'd also been several other hints and possibilities leading to a 3rd film prior to confirmation in February 2018 over a week before the teaser announcement during Zombies (2018).
Ursula's tentacles
Harry and Gil are the only Villain Kids whose parents never made appearances in the franchise. Uma's mother Ursula did appear in Los descendientes 2 (2017), but only her tentacles were shown along with her voice being heard of offscreen.
