Second incursion of the Spanish director Rodrigo Cortés in Hollywood after 'Red lights' in the fourth film of his filmography. 'Down a Dark Hall' tells the story of Kit Gordy, a new student sent by her parents to the exclusive Blackwood Boarding School. Once there, Kit, along with four more girls, will have to face the headmistress, who hides dark powers, and the supernatural phenomenons that take place at the school. Based on the 1974 namesake novel written by Lois Duncan, the film, produced by Stephenie Meyer (author of "The Twilight Saga"), features Uma Thurman ('Pulp Fiction'), AnnaSophia Robb ('Bridge to Terabithia'), Taylor Russell ('Lost in Space'), Isabelle Fuhrman ('The Hunger Games'), Victoria Morales ('Teen Wolf') and Rosie Day ('All Roads Lead to Rome').
