Plot

In a distant future, on the inhospitable planet of Khaldris, a young Predator named Xeyin is exiled by his clan after failing his first ritual hunt. Marked as Zha'di - a renegade without honor - he is cast into a barren world where electric storms and mutated creatures make survival a brutal art.

There, he meets Thia Drax, a former human soldier who chose exile on Khaldris after a failed mission that ended with the loss of her squad. Burdened with guilt and hardened by her surroundings, Thia has learned to survive in solitude, but her fate intertwines with Xeyin's when they are both forced to collaborate to face a common threat: an unknown creature that has begun to alter the planet's ecosystem and hunt like a Predator, but without following its rules.

What begins as a tense alliance transforms into a journey that challenges their respective codes and wounds. Together, they traverse magnetic deserts, ruins infested with hostile technology, and confrontations with mercenaries and radical Predators. Along the way, Xeyin seeks redemption and Thia a way to atone for her past. But in the Badlands, not all hunters seek prey; some seek reasons to stay alive.
