The Face of the Faceless

'The Face of Forgiveness' is a biopic of Blessed Rani Maria, a missionary nun in rural India, who sacrificed her life for the needy and championed values such as generosity, justice, and kindness until the end of her days. Sister Rani Maria tried to help poor farmers in Indore, a city in India, during her lifetime. She had to face numerous challenges, embraced through her tireless work and her spirit filled with determination and perseverance. Her murder shocked the entire world and now, her legacy, her faith, and her defense of forgiveness and social justice inspire multiple generations around the globe. Pope Francis achieved her beatification in 2017, considering her a martyr of the faith.

'The Face of the Faceless' is directed by Shaison P Ouseph, with a script by Jayapal Anandan. Vincy Aloshious embodies this missionary nun who helped so many people throughout her life. Other cast members include Jeett Matharu, Stanley Kozhichira, Krishnakant Singh Bundela, Poonam Ingle, Aneesh Joseph, Bharti Khandare, and Sonalli Sharmisstha.

The feature film has had an amazing journey through festivals and award ceremonies, with over 120 accolades worldwide. Distributed by European Dreams Factory, 'The Face of Forgiveness' premieres in Spanish cinemas on March 6, 2026.
