The Sunrise Triangle

Alba and Martin decide to make a trip to the Southern East of Spain. During their journey, they make a short stop in an isolated farmhouse in the middle of the desert. In front of their eyer they observe an esplanade full of furniture and antique objects on sale and, while they look at them, they feel a type of nostalgia that they recognize very well.

The antiques belong to other people's relationships that didn't work out, broken love relationships. That's why, when they observe the sad landscape, they know the unsettling feeling comes from one place and their escape trip is their way of continuing their lives apart from each other. This is what makes them end their sentimental relationship.

After their break-up, Alba goes back to her natal village with her sister Candela. During her visit, both sisters will help each other to heal the wounds from their respective childhoods and together, they'll learn to be okay again while they keep their sick mother company on her last days by the desert and the sea side.

'The Sunrise Triangle' is directed and written by Juan Francisco Viruega. Its cast has Isabel Ampudia, Antonio Araque and Iria del Río starring the film. Along with Aura Garrido, Antonio Gómez, Sebastián Hero, Rafa Jiménez, and Rebeca Sala, who complete the actors team, among others.
