Plot
Based on real events. The story centers on the figure of George Elser, a contemporary hero who was despised for years by German culture. In 1939, when Hitler succeeded in conquering the German nation and have millions of people for support, Georg Elser, a farmer and carpenter, opposed his regime, one of the men who tried to assassinate Adolf Hitler and other members of the Nazi Party, with a bomb placed in a Munich brewery. He was arrested and treated like a murderer, being considered a hero of the resistance now. German film directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel and starring by Christian Friedel, Katharina Schüttler y Burghart Klaußner. Produced by Lucky Birds pictures.It was in nomerous internacional film festival.
