Directed and written by Andrew Dominik, 'Blonde' is a daring reinterpretation of the life of one of Hollywood's great legends: Marilyn Monroe. The filmmaker's rewritten story is based on the bestseller by Joyce Carol Oates, a five-time Pulitzer Prize-winning author. This feature film tells us about the unstable childhood of the most famous sex symbol on the planet, her life before becoming the iconic Marilyn, that is, her experiences as Norma Jeane Mortenson, her meteoric and impressive rise to fame, her love affairs, and a long etc. 'Blonde' moves between fact and fiction to explore the widening gulf between Monroe's private and public life. It is a portrait that drinks from fiction to show us the experiences of the most famous actress of the 50s and 60s, a journey through a modern look at the culture of celebrities. As for the main cast, Ana de Armas gives life to Marilyn Monroe, along with Adrien Brody, who plays Arthur Miller, Bobby Cannavale as Joe Dimaggio and Sara Paxton is Miss Flynn.
