Plot
After the grandson of an aging detective is kidnapped by a ruthless drug cartel, Frank Marascos tosses his badge and enforces high-speed, hi-calibre, explosive justice through the crowded streets of L.A. in a seemingly impossible attempt to piece his family back together.
