Biopic of Miles Davis, who was a famous trumpeter and composer of jazz. This is one of the most important, innovative and influential figures in the history of jazz, with artists such as Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker or John Coltrane. Davis's career, spanning fifty years, traces the history of jazz throughout the second half of the twentieth century, characterized by its constantly evolving and seeking new artistic paths: Davis participates with equal force of bebop and cool, and the hardbop and the jazz avant-garde, particularly in its slope modal and fusion with rock. The sound of his trumpet is quite characteristic for its use of steel Harmon mute, which provided a more personal and intimate touch; the sound is soft and melodic, based on short notes, tending to the lyricism and introspection.
