What the critics say
- The Hollywood ReporterDeborah Young
"Empowering and fun.The story pushes all the right buttons for women viewers and hopefully for a good number of little boys, too."
Read - The A.V. ClubKatie Rife
"Shot and scored with a generic, glossy 'awards movie' sheen (...) The story is absolutely fascinating, even if the filmmaking isn?t."
Read - Rolling StonePeter Travers
"Evans, Hall, and Heathcote exhibit major chemistry (in every permutation) possible, but they also don?t wink at the storyline, playing a provocative story totally straight."
