Plot

In 1968 Germany, the two daughters of a priest will take different paths to achieve that women enjoy the same rights as men. While Juliane will try to cause a change through the press, Marianne will choose more radical methods and she will enter a terrorist group, which leads to her detention. Despite the methods used by her sister, Juliane will keep visiting her in prison, starting to doubt of the way they treat her sister there, despite his boyfriend Wolfgang warnings of not helping her sister.
