Plot

This animated film is starring the well-known French cartoon hero Tintin, a cheerful young man who travels around the world with his dog and an old sailor with a somewhat abrupt character (Captain Haddock). On this occasion, Tintin and his friends, including an inventor, Professor Tornasol, are immersed investigating and experimenting on Flechizoft lake with a small submarine when an evil super-thief and his band of minions, working from under water, kidnap two more village children near. Making use of the gadgets of his new friend and his more than developed common sense and value, Tintín will be able to put them to safety and to finish with the plans that the gang of thieves had foreseen. The film was directed by French Raymond Leblanc.
