Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire

Venturing outside of Japan for the first time, Conan Edogawa and the rest of the crew travel to Singapore and its iconic Marina Bay Sands, where they will have to solve a new and mysterious murder case. In the big city, Ran and Sonoko are dedicated to encouraging Makoto Kyogoku, a great fighter with four hundred victories under his belt, it participate in a prestigious martial arts tournament. Meanwhile, Conan has to stay in Japan - because he is not a registered person and therefore cannot posses a passport, he is unable to leave the country. However, Kaito Kid kidnaps him so that he can help to solve the crimes that someone is committing under his name and identity, all while he tries to carry out his plan to steal the world's largest precious blue sapphire, exhibited by a billionaire in the Marina Bay hotel and which had been hidden under the sea from the 19th century when it sank close the coast with the wreckage of a pirate ship. In the face of such challenges, Conan hides under the new identity of Arthur Hirai, and tries to solve the terrible mess that threatens the entire capital of Malaysia and the security of the coveted jewel. This is the Detective Conan's 23rd movie, and the second highest grossing of the entire saga in the Japanese market.
