Who doesn't know the story of Robin Hood? The famous director Michael Curtiz made with William Keighley a new version of the famous folk hero and outlaw of medieval English history. In this version, the story focuses on Robin of Locksley, a young man who decides to return to England after fighting in the Crusades against the infidels. John Lackland, the brother of King Richard I, has usurped the throne and managed it so tyrannical and despotic. Robin will begin creating a plan to rebel against John and to return the crown to the true king of England, for it he will take refuge in Sherwood Forest. Then he will face the infamous usurper king, beginning a battle he could not get out alive. Errol Flynn, Olivia de Havilland, Basil Rathbone participated in this film.
