The King of Kings

'The King of Kings' brings the story of Jesus Christ, the narration by Charles Dickens, and the pure perspective of an innocent child. The film addresses the relationship between Dickens and his imaginary son Walter, a bond that is not easy due to the writer's hectic career. In the midst of a father-son meeting, Charles Dickens begins to tell his son Walter the story of Jesus Christ, in order to strengthen the ties with little Walter. He becomes captivated by what his father tells him and imagines all the events that Dickens narrates. 

Ultimately, the relationship between father and son is solidified, and a bond of love, affection, and care is forged through this story. 

'The King of Kings' is an animated film from South Korea, directed by Seong-ho Jang and co-written by him along with Rob Edwards. In the original version, the actors and actresses who voice the characters in this feature film are Mark Hamill, Pierce Brosnan, Roman Griffin Davis, Forest Whitaker, Ben Kingsley, Oscar Isaac, Ava Sanger, Jim Cummings, Kenneth Branagh, Uma Thurman, and Vanessa Marshall.

The film is produced by Mofac Studios and distributed in Spain by Selecta Visión. It arrives in Spanish cinemas on December 12, 2025.
