About the Zombieland saga
Ruben Fleischer's 'Zombieland' (2009) mixed the zombie apocalypse with irreverent comedy: in a United States overrun by the living dead, the survivors are the timid Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), who lives by a list of rules for staying alive, the tough Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), obsessed with finding the last Twinkie, and sisters Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin).
'Zombieland' was a hit with critics and audiences, and it boasts one of the most celebrated cameos in recent cinema: Bill Murray playing himself in his Hollywood mansion.
Ten years later, 'Zombieland: Double Tap' (2019) reunited the same director and the same cast, by then all stars, with Zoey Deutch as the new addition.
