Year: 2017

The 31st edition of the Goya Awards will be celebrated on February 4th, awards delivered to the best movies of Spain.

For the third time in a row, Dani Rovira is going to be the master of ceremonials, which nominees were announced on December, 14th, by Natalia de Molina and Javier Cámara.

In this 2017, the number of movies with at least one nomination is nothing less than 155, a big cipher where 'A Monster Calls' is the big favorite with twelve candidacies. Behind Bayona's movie, there are 'Tarde para la ira' and 'El hombre de las mil caras' with eleven nominations each one.

The main reason of the Goya Awards is awarding Spanish movies, but the Best Ibero-American movie and the Best European Movie has an award, too.
