Plot

Carmen and Carlos are a normal couple in the outskirts of Madrid. She is a housewife given to her family. He is a construction worker who lives given to Real Madrid. While they are resignated to the routine, one day everything changes. It happens the day of the wedding of his nephew. During the celebration, Pepe, Carmen's cousin and amateur hypnotist, make a demostration with Carlos who, in disbelief, has volunteered. The next day when Carlos behaves strangely it seems that something went wrong. A spirit has possessed him. Then, Carmen's cousins ?begin a surrealist investigation to bring him back. For her part, Carmen begins to feel drawn to her "new" husband. 'Abracadabra' is the new film from the Goya nominee Pablo Berger starring Maribel Verdú and Antonio de la Torre. Alongside them in this film will be also starring José Mota, Quim Gutierrez and Josep Maria Pou. This film combines dark comedy with dramatic plot twist, suspense and fantasy features.
